I’m once again offering Coaching for a Cause. Help me raise money for the following organizations:

The Coaching for a Cause package is for three, 30-minute 1:1 coaching sessions for $95 (donated to the organization of your choice).

  • Individual & Small-Group Coaching

    Are you feeling stuck or unsure about how to move forward in your personal or professional life?

    The coaching relationship is one that holds space for you to explore what is important in your life. Through questioning and activities, I can help you clarify your goals, develop a plan of action, gain new insights and perspectives on what might be holding you back, and identify resources you can draw from in order to make changes happen.

    I specialize in issues around Executive Functioning, Testing & Study Skills, ADHD, PTSD/cPTSD, and Anxiety. **I also offer Clean Language Coaching. This style of coaching focuses on helping you become aware of inner metaphors and how they are impacting your life. Reach out for more information.

  • Yoga & Movement Classes

    Are you experiencing emotional or physical pain that you just can't seem to shake off? Or are you stuck in patterns that your mind “knows” are problematic but you can’t seem to change the behavior?

    When we ignore the nervous system and the body’s physical experience of the world, we often get stuck in routines that our mind just can’t break us out of. Yoga and other movement practices can help us find grounding, increased focus, a sense of calm, and the ability to move through the blocks of stress and anxiety.

    All of my yoga and movement offerings are Trauma-Sensitive, and I strongly encourage modifications and the use of props - let the yoga meet you where you are!

    Are you looking to reduce stress, improve focus, and cultivate a greater sense of calm in your life?

    To connect with ourselves and our honest inner voice, we need to find space, stillness, and quiet - three things that our hustle culture wants to keep from us at all costs.

    Let me help you develop a regular meditation practice that is tailored to your specific needs and goals. Whether you're new to meditation or looking to deepen your practice, I will provide personalized guidance and support to help you achieve greater peace of mind and well-being.
