Hiya Friend! Pleasure to meet you :)

A therapist once told me that I was excessively open to experience and I can’t think of a better way to describe myself. I see vulnerability as my super power, and love little more than conversations with trusted friends.

I’ve been a coach, mentor, and consultant for over 12 years, primarily in the areas of ADHD/neurodiversity, anxiety, executive functioning, embodied emotion, and nervous system regulation. I utilize the strategies of mindfulness, embodied metaphors, and movement/yoga alongside traditional coaching techniques as I see that, for most of my clients, simply “talking” isn’t enough. My own adult diagnosis of ADHD might have been a curse had it not been for a team of amazing therapists, coaches, and teachers who helped me see the power in loving my unique brain and body responses to the world. I hope to share that same empowerment with the individuals with whom I work!

When I’m not coaching, you can find me running around with my three adorable rescue dogs and getting outside as much as possible: backpacking, climbing, stand-up paddleboarding, and generally getting lost in the woods!
