Join me for a 6-week small group coaching series exploring the unique (and frankly amazing) thing that is your ADHD brain. Each week we’ll take on a challenge that many of us with ADHD face and discuss ways of managing and even conquering those challenges that don’t involved becoming different people overnight!

Topics include: procrastination, time blindness and scheduling overwhelm, productivity and motivation, organization, and emotional sensitivity.
