Give Life to Your Dreams

Magic happens when you trust that you have what it takes to live the life you want.

The reasonable man adapts himself to the world; The unreasonable one persists in trying to adapt the world to himself. Therefore all progress depends on the unreasonable man.

—George Bernard Shaw

It’s time to be unreasonable.

You want to be seen (don’t we all). Seen for who you are, and loved because of everything that makes you YOU.

However, for those of us with neurodivergencies or who are dealing with issues of trauma, anxiety, and stress, we often spend all of our time working to fit into the mold - we want to look the same as everyone else… act the same… and even have the same goals and dreams. We often think that by being like everyone else (or by being someone other than ourselves) we’ll finally be loved.

But what if you could be seen and loved for who you are right now.

It’s not about fitting in.

The greatest dreams come from seeing ourselves for who we are: embracing the strengths and understanding the weaknesses. It’s tempting to want to constantly change and improve.

But what if your so-called weaknesses are the precise route to your dreams? If you can embrace them, you can find support, develop solutions, and create a world that fits you perfectly. From that place, your strengths are unstoppable.

There are a lot of roads that can bring us back home to ourselves, and I’m here to travel them with you. Whether it’s traditional coaching, yoga and movement (somatic) therapy, or mindfulness and meditation, I am here to support your journey home to the amazing self that you already are.

It’s about finding you.

“Learning to trust yourself and what you know takes time and work. You cannot expect to eradicate a lifetime of misguided information overnight. You must make a continuous, conscious effort to get on good terms with you.”
